Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a Premier customer base, building long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Oversee the total wealth of clients, matching financial and investment product solutions to their needs.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists to provide advanced technical support and address multiple client needs.
- Promote Premier services to potential clients, explore their needs, and refer them to relevant business units when necessary.
Requirements:
- University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
- >4 years of experience in a client-facing environment within banking with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proven sales ability with a customer-centric approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of financial markets and a genuine interest in staying informed.
- A mature, independent mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Relevant CMFAS cartificates
