Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with check-in and check-out processes, collecting medical history, and preparing them for consultations.
- Managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, and maintaining patient records.
- Assisting healthcare professionals with medical procedures, preparing examination rooms, and sterilizing instruments.
- Processing payments, managing insurance claims, and providing cost estimates for services.
- Monitoring and ordering medical supplies and ensuring that the clinic is stocked.
- Addressing patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Following healthcare regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Min. NITEC in any field or equivalent certification
- Pior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
- Able to work shift hours
