- Position Title: Technical Support Officer (SSL)
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + 1 to 3 months VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, resellers, and partners to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide first-level technical support for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates via phone and email.
- Coordinate and escalate complex technical issues to the team and/or partners when necessary.
- Document issues encountered and their resolutions for tracking purposes and future reference.
- Conduct basic SSL technical support training for the Sales Support Team.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

- Minimum NITEC in IT/ Computer Science or its related discipline, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong SSL product and technical background is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
