HR Executive (L&D)

Responsibilities:

Leave Administration:

  • Manage leave group mailbox and support leave-related inquiries (joiners, leave entitlements, year-end calculations).
  • Liaise with staff, managers, and HR (BP, Payroll) to gather information for leave entitlement and utilization.
  • Support system enhancements, review the leave application process, and assist with UAT for SAP SF Leave System.

Training Administration:

  • Manage L&D group mailbox and set up courses in the LMS.
  • Track and remind staff of mandatory eLearning completion.
  • Record learning hours for all types of training (in-house, external, online).
  • Assist with learner registration on external training sites and coordinate training events (logistics, materials, F&B).
  • Promote program engagement and raise course grant submissions.
  • Manage digital portal access, download learning reports, and oversee training-related procurement and payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors for training programs and onboarding.
  • Prepare audit and year-end reports for financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Leave & Training Administration, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
  • Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Entry-level candidates may be considered.
