Responsibility:
- Partners the business and people leaders, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions.
- Acts as a liaison between the business and HR. Builds strong relationship with the internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and implement HR strategies to meet organizational needs of a major segment of the business.
- Provides consultative and problem-solving services to managers, employees and other HR functions regarding HR policies and practices, performance management, and other employee relation areas.
- Manage and leverage delivery of HR services across multiple business units to maximize effectiveness and impact in order to meet the needs of the business.
- Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all HR programs and services. Responsible for HR results in the business, including client satisfaction, HR effectiveness, and associated financial results.
- Lead/ Support in the roll out of HR annual talent cycle activities such as goal setting, annual performance management, talent management review, development planning, employee survey.
- Manage employee lifecycle program.
- Lead/ Support the implementation of employee engagement strategy.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant local country laws, regulations, policies and practices.
- Maintain accuracy of all employees personal records, documents in accordance with audit guidelines, local laws, and the organization policy.
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/ Human Resources
- At least 5 years of experience in HR
