Conveyancing Secretary

Working Days & Hours: 5 days | Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Working Location: Chinatown
Salary Range: $3000-$3500


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative supports including claims, searches, billing, keeping deadlines and attending to general queries;
  • Handling conveyancing related matters ie sale, purchase of private properties
  • Review and proofread documents relating to conveyancing matters
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/telephone calls and correspondence with clients to receive instructions
  • All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned
