Job Title: Inventory & Operational (ID3461)
Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am- 6:00pm.
Salary: $2800 - $3000
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems or software.
• Conduct regular stock counts (e.g., cycle counts, annual stock-taking).
• Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
2. Warehouse Operations:
• Daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking BOM for production, assembly and service application.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage.
• Ensure labels, tags, and ID are properly in place for easy ID and to locate the parts.
• Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for incoming and outgoing shipments.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for incoming shipments, inventory, and transactions.
• Generate periodic inventory and warehouse performance reports for accounts management.
4. Quality Control:
• Inspect quality and compliance with specifications.
• Manage defective or damaged goods, including returns or replacements.
5. Team Management:
• Supervise APS staff, ensuring adherence to safety and warehouse standards.
• Ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
6. Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and warehouse policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
• Implement security measures to prevent theft or loss.
7. Coordination with Other Departments:
• Work closely with procurement, sales, and production teams to align inventory levels with business needs.
• Address and resolve inventory or BOM issues promptly.
