Contract: Immediate till April 2025 (Extendable/Convertible)
Location: Beach Road
Working days: 5 days weekly between Mon - Sun
Working hours: 10am - 8pm (Up to 44 hours weekly)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and provide recommendations to clients.
- Greet and escort clients warmly, taking orders and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station, managing inventory and equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Communicate client feedback, suggest improvements, and assist in training new staff.
- Maintain records of beverages served, inventory, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide support to colleagues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or food & beverage roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, coffee/tea preparation, and cocktail mixing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee, beverages, and exceptional service.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code and grooming standards.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
