Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely updates to customers on inventory and operations.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure customer needs and requirements are met.
- Ensure all required documents, including port passes, Portnet/JP online customs permits, and CIPL, are prepared for inbound and outbound operations.
- Notify customers promptly of any delays, damages, or shortages.
- Follow up on reporting of delays or damages to maintain transparency.
- Address and resolve issues, manage customer complaints, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update stowage plans for warehouses and assist with quarterly and monthly audits.
- Maintain and update inventory records in the system and for customers.
- Provide timely updates on weight lists, tally sheets, inventory records, and other required reports.
- Coordinate daily movements with the operations team.
- Liaise with customers to identify operational issues and propose solutions.
- Support the tracking of operational and customer-requested activities for month-end invoicing.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates a positive work ethic, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8:30am – 12:30pm (Sat)
