Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, and security arrangements.
- Provide timely updates to participants on class schedules, venues, and any changes.
- Prepare and distribute course materials, reports, attendance lists, and survey links.
- Administer and compile end-of-course results.
- Serve as the point of contact for trainers, vendors, and participants to ensure smooth course operations.
- Update relevant authorities on upcoming courses and attendance records.
- Manage invoicing and payments for trainers and vendors promptly.
- Maintain proper e-filing for audit purposes and handle ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holders. Entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to analyze post-course survey data effectively.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
