Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track project, operations, and logistics costs to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Perform monthly cost analyses to compare actual expenses against budgets, identifying trends and variances.
- Assist in forecasting and help develop cost-effective budgets across departments.
- Prepare accurate cost forecasts to support financial planning.
- Generate regular reports on costs, budgets, and variances to keep stakeholders informed.
- Provide detailed cost and expenditure reports to support proactive cost management.
- Track project-specific costs to ensure spending stays within budget.
- Conduct spot checks on cargo and post-project cost reviews to assess profitability and address overspending.
- Process and generate invoices while maintaining accurate cost records.
- Keep organized records of contracts, agreements, services, and activities in the cost tracker.
- Support accounts receivable by updating records and ensuring timely invoicing.
- Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to invoices, resolving discrepancies and incorrect charges.
- Work with finance, operations, and customer service teams to address invoicing issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8:30am – 12:30pm (Sat)
