Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant operations during your shift in the restaurants in line with the Company’s business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers enjoy their dining experience with us. This includes having excellent product knowledge that enables you to make wise suggestions to customers, whenever required. (Training provided)
- Work in a team with the back of house staff to attain high standards of product quality, service as well as health and safety.
- Ensure that all in-store facilities conform to sanitary regulations and to ensure strict compliance with MOH’s legislation and Company’s policies and procedures.
- Preparation of beverage and serving.
- Preparation for closing/opening, clean up and rearrange/replenishing set up.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by managers and supervisors.
