Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and administrative support for pre-enlistment medical activities and related services.
- Receive and analyze cases, determining required follow-up actions.
- Communicate with appellants and internal stakeholders to facilitate necessary actions.
- Coordinate with various agencies to retrieve data and inputs for case resolution while adhering to process flows.
- Investigate process gaps, identify root causes, and work with process owners and technical teams to implement improvements.
- Support audits, track report submissions, and ensure compliance.
- Respond to queries via phone and email with clear and concise advice.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure process completion.

- Handle diverse customer profiles and manage complex cases effectively.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, discipline, and a service-oriented mindset.

- Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
