Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support for pre-enlistment medical activities and related services.
  • Receive and analyze cases, determining required follow-up actions.
  • Communicate with appellants and internal stakeholders to facilitate necessary actions.
  • Coordinate with various agencies to retrieve data and inputs for case resolution while adhering to process flows.
  • Investigate process gaps, identify root causes, and work with process owners and technical teams to implement improvements.
  • Support audits, track report submissions, and ensure compliance.
  • Respond to queries via phone and email with clear and concise advice.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure process completion.

Requirements:

  • Provide excellent customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle diverse customer profiles and manage complex cases effectively.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, discipline, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when required.
  • Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).
  • Leadership experience is an advantage.
