We are seeking a Digital Services Project Manager to lead the development and support of digital services within our organization. This role involves managing the transition from existing systems to new platforms, ensuring seamless operations and compliance of systems post-deployment. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth operation of systems, monitoring system health and compliance.
- Manage production support activities, including incident management, system patching, and updates to address vulnerabilities.
- Act as a liaison between users and vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Conduct compliance-related activities such as system log management and account reviews.
- Track system health indicators and oversee outsourced contractors for task execution.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cybersecurity posture and operational efficiency.
