- Candidates must have relevant financial services / deal advisory experience
Responsibilities would include:
- Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising deal
- Project management due diligence with auditors, lawyers and other professionals
- Manage communications and expectations between clients, professionals and regulators
- Manage workflow with associates and assist in deal origination
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and develop valuation models
- Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks
Profile of ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven and demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver results under pressure
- Track record of completed transactions and/or with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
