Job Description & Requirements
You will be part of regional enterprise Wintel team of a large financial institution. You will be managing day to day support , troubleshooting, maintenance of wintel servers, Exchange, O365, print services, voice infrastructure
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the availability, integrity, and performance of infrastructure environment (servers, Ms Exchange, M365, voice)
- Providing level 2 support on servers, and infrastructure
- Applying systems updates and patches
- Ensuring high availbility of all infrastructure services and constantly monitoring the servers
- participate in systems audit
- Ensuring compliance to standards, policies and procedures
- Identifying, tracking and resolving problems related to Windows server, VMware, Ms Eschange environment with application groups, internal and external IT providers
- Ensuring servers are secure and carrying out systems automation
- Managing cluster environment
- Providing support in Vmware and AD
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT with min. 5 years of working experience in enterprise Windows servers environment
• Comes with certification in Microsoft Wintel servers
• Proven experience in supporting Wintel servers, AD, DNS and cluster environment in enterprise environment
• Strong technical skills and proven expertise in troubleshooting
• Experience in supporting vmware, Ms Exchange, zoom or ms teams, voice infrastructure
• Experience working in ITIL is a plus
