Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead sales and marketing activities in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. This role requires a balance of hunting for new opportunities and nurturing existing accounts, with a strong focus on driving sales performance and building client relationships across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Focus:Allocate 50% of efforts to new client acquisition (hunting) and 50% to account management (farming).Dedicate 90% of the role to sales activities and 10% to marketing initiatives.
- Regional Coordination:Lead the sales and marketing division in Singapore.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in the Asia Pacific region (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Indonesia) for client servicing and monthly sales reporting. - Client Management:Provide excellent customer service and maintain key customer accounts.
Expand the client base by identifying new opportunities, especially in emerging markets. - Product Promotion:Represent the company at exhibitions, booths, and events to promote products.
Conduct trend analyses and performance reviews for company products. - Sales Growth:Drive sales growth across the Asia Pacific region and contribute to increased market share.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the flavor or fragrance industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region to meet clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in participating in exhibitions or events to promote products.
