- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
