Our client is a well established technology firm with a strong presence across the Asia region. Currently, they are in search of a Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager , Group Controllership to join their team.
About the Job
As part of the Group Controllership team, you will play a key role to bridge HQ finance and country finance teams in leading and rolling out crucial projects and new developments. You will be expected to travel frequently to local markets. Other duties will include coordinating and directing the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecast exercises. Managing and overseeing the cash flow forecasts and projections to effectively manage cash balances and develop financial policies and procedures in compliance with group level requirements and local GAAP. In addition you will lead crucial projects in revenue recognition, process improvement, system implementation and other group level initiatives while managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to assertively communicate in a diplomatic manner.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate should hold a recognized degree in accounting or ACCA, or relevant qualifications, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with a Big4 audit background will be advantageous.
