Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Focus efforts on securing new business opportunities in the semiconductor industry, penetrating the market for metrology products.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and propose tailored product solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Distributor Collaboration: Work closely with distributors to support sales target achievements.
- Technical Expertise: Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Participate in marketing activities, analyze trends, and support promotional initiatives.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain timely reporting in internal systems, including daily reports and sales order management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in any industry.
- Strong focus on sales hunting and a proactive approach to uncovering new opportunities.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and metrology engineering or related technical fields.
- Excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for work purposes.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
