Job Scope:
- Liaise with key stakeholders on modifications to sourcing proposals.
- Manage vendors' conformance to delivery schedules and product specifications.
- Ensure procurement operations and workflows comply with regulatory safety and quality requirements.
- Determine inventory levels of products within the organization.
- Support the R&D department in new developments and applications.
- Source and evaluate raw materials for new product development.
- Collaborate with the Quality Management team to ensure product compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct product quality assessments and sensory analyses.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- 2 years of procurement / Purchasing / Buyer experience in F&B FMCG environment
