The Job
We are looking for someone to join the company's merchant onboarding team. They would be exposed to a fast-paced business environment and be exposed to several new learning opportunities.
- Meet, pitch and lead negotiations with assigned/prospected merchant leads to acquire and onboard them unto a digital platform
- Deal with merchants from a diverse range of establishments
- Build relationships/partnerships with merchants and manage their performance and contribution to building the network
- Handle day-to-day merchant queries (commercial & operational) and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding and post-onboarding process
- Achieve to achieve monthly acquisition targets
The Talent
- F&B, Retail or E-commerce background is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in sales desired
- Self-driven, motivated and entrepreneurial; ability to own outcomes and make things happen
