Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and perform maintenance services for water appliances at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair water appliances to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain and service water appliances systems, ensuring proper functioning.
- Assist with plumbing and electrical issues as needed (plumbing/electrical experience is a bonus).
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of service visits, including completing service sheets.
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid Class 3 license or own motorbike to travel to customer locations.
- Previous plumbing and electrical experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality work.
- Able to commit to working weekends, with off days on weekdays.
- Able to carry out manual work and operate relevant tools.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
