Role: M&E Facilities Technician
Location: Changi & Novena
Working Days: 830am - 6pm, x4 Days, x2 Days Rest
Salary: Up to $3.5k + Bonus
Job descriptions
- Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
- Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
- To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
- Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
- Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
- Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Electronics /Building / Facility Management or facilities maintenance
- 4 days work week, shift work
