The Company

As an Internal Audit Manager specializing in Corporate and Investment Banking and Commercial Banking), you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements in internal audit processes within a dynamic and fast-paced APAC regulatory environment.


The Role

  • Lead and execute audits, serving as Auditor in Charge for engagements.
  • Identify and assess key risks and controls, developing effective test plans.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal guidance.
  • Draft and finalize audit findings and reports for review by senior leadership.
  • Ensure audits are risk-based and aligned with internal policies and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Corporate and Investment Banking and Commercial Banking risks.
  • Provide clear, logical audit opinions supported by relevant facts.
  • Support regional governance forums and regulatory requests as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively and influence at multiple levels of management.
  • Collaborate with regional Internal Audit teams to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data, develop recommendations, and contribute to process improvements.


Your Profile

  • 8+ years of strong audit experience with global banks or Big 4 consulting firms.
  • In-depth knowledge of CIB/CB operations and APAC banking regulations.
  • Thorough understanding of risk management and advisory practices.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language (reading and writing) to support China-based counterparts is highly desirable.
