Summary
You will be working with our client who specialises in the healthcare space, where you will be part of the product office team within the Software Development department. You will be supporting a couple of national level healthcare projects. You will also be collaborating with various stakeholders and be involved in integrating data across multiple systems and clusters.
Responsibilities
- Elicit business requirements from external and internal stakeholders via policy and requirement discussion sessions.
- Manage demand from multiple stakeholders and able to control, balance and agree upon a controllable delivery scope.
- Conduct user requirement scoping, and analysis, involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendation to address business and operational needs.
- Deliver functional design including workflow analysis, prototypes, business logic flowchart and interface mapping.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with technical design, development, test, and operations support teams on the requirements scope and functional design details to ensure that the final product accurately addresses business needs.
- Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process.
- Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios if required
- Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required.
- Support post-production deployment verification for any product feature release.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years IT system implementation and integration experience
- Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely
- Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully, quickly, and independently
- Capacity to perform under pressure to handle difficult situations and issues swiftly
- Ability to build good working relationship at all levels
- Experience in Healthcare domain is preferred
