Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to be a key stakeholder in helping drive the transformation of Finance Technology business processes.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related discipline;
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in Banking and Financial industry;
- Exposure and knowledge of financial processes, governance, risks and controls;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- A solid understanding of control processes and a curious mindset;
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills;
- Excellent communication and written skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- FPA or CFA certified.
Responsibilities
- Assist in driving process enhancements and advancing the change agenda within the Technology Finance team;
- Involved as a key stakeholder in helping drive the transformation of Finance Technology business processes;
- Involved in comprehensive financial performance reports and provide meaningful insights to support business performance tracking and facilitate strategic and operational decision-making;
- Develop and deliver materials for monthly review meetings with senior Platform stakeholders and Finance Leads;
- Coordinate and prepare the quarterly Business Review in collaboration with the COO;
- Execute month-end close processes to ensure financial accuracy and completeness;
- Collaborate with regional teams to review monthly financial performance, investigate variances, and identify potential business risks and opportunities;
- Take ownership of delivering accurate and timely Regional Reporting data sets and reports, ensuring adaptability to evolving processes and stakeholder needs;
- Create cohesive presentations for internal and external forums, requiring collaboration and teamwork across business and functional units;
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to advance the strategic agenda;
- Actively engage in sharing knowledge and adopting best practices across teams;
- Prepare and conduct in-depth analysis for the Technology Budget 2025 review.
