Accounts & Admin Executive (Bukit Merah)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of cash book management and bank reconciliation.
  • Familiar with Malaysian and Indonesian accounting practices.
  • Handling AP & AR, including issuing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Handling payments and collections.
  • Inventory management.
  • Quarterly GST reporting.
  • Project costing.
  • Managing journal entries and the general ledger.
  • Liaise with the company auditor.
  • Experience with managing a full set of accounts.
  • Preparation of all accounting reports.
  • Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and internal control standards.
  • Liaise with external parties such as tax agents, bankers, and other regulatory bodies/authorities.
