Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Front Desk Officer located in Alexandra Rd. Our client is in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for handling phone calls and answering general inquiries. You will greet, check in, and announce customers upon their arrival. Additionally, you will manage the Sales Executive turn system and ensure the showroom is tidy and orderly. Part of your responsibilities includes ensuring that display cars are in good condition, both inside and out. You will also provide refreshments to customers and perform general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experienced as a Receptionist or customer service ground job.
- Have basic MS Office and data entry skills.
- Willing to work in out of office locations when requested.
