Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage key HR and administrative tasks, including generating salary slips, preparing invoices, handling SAT test applications, processing Employment Pass (EP) applications, creating job postings, and engaging with candidates for job opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and a passion for improving organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll & Documentation:Prepare and issue accurate salary slips for employees on a monthly basis.
    Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  2. Invoicing:Create and manage invoices related to HR services, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  3. SAT Test & EP Applications:Assist candidates with SAT test applications and ensure all required documentation is completed.
    Handle Employment Pass (EP) applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Job Postings & Candidate Engagement:Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
    Proactively reach out to candidates for job opportunities through emails, calls, and professional networks.
    Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  5. HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
    Generate HR reports as required for management or compliance purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation.
  • Familiarity with Employment Pass (EP) application processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in using job boards and recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
