ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Scope of Work:

  • Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders
  • Administration of relief planning and engagement of relief and flexi-adjunct teachers – planning of daily relief timetable.
  • Assist in school HR matters – leave matters, enquiries from staff, collation of staff information for management reporting
  • Support in matters related to finance (e.g. verifying invoices) and/or school purchases.
  • Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating school events – prepare materials, signages, printing certificates, liaising with suppliers, etc
  • Assist teachers in sorting items at plastic recycling station (weekly)
  • Any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals and Admin Manager

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Possess at least an ‘O’ level certificate or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a school environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
  • Ability to multitask with good time management
  • Be a warm and friendly person who enjoys working in a school environment and interacting with people.

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 30 Jun 2026 (18 months)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes of lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
