Key Responsibilities:


Operational Management:


1. Bar Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and operational before service hours.

2. Inventory Control:

• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely reordering.

• Minimize waste and control costs while maintaining quality.

3. Beverage Menu Development:

• Develop and update beverage menus, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.

• Collaborate with suppliers to source new products and stay updated on industry trends.


Staff Management:


1. Team Leadership:

• Hire, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.

• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.

2. Training and Development:

• Conduct training sessions on customer service, drink preparation, and compliance with liquor laws.

3. Performance Management:

• Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.


Customer Experience:


1. Service Excellence:

• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customers receive high-quality service.

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.

2. Promotions and Events:

• Plan and execute bar promotions, themed nights, or special events to drive revenue.


Financial Management:


1. Sales Monitoring:

• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.

• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliations.

2. Cost Control:

• Optimize operational costs without compromising quality or service.


Compliance and Safety:


1. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and liquor regulations.

• Maintain updated licenses and certifications.

2. Cleanliness and Hygiene:

• Enforce high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the bar.
