Workplace Consultant

Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

Working with the JLL/Consulting team on Business Process and Target Operating Models, Workplace Strategy, Change Management and Workplace Experience assignments.

  • Support our team and/or the client’s team if seconded in gathering and analyzing data related to workplace trends, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Support the development of client presentations and reports, for which you will need to have:
  • Excellent written English communications skills
  • Excellent verbal communications skills (1:1 discussions)
  • Great graphic communications skills (esp.: PowerPoint)
  • Comfort with group presentations
  • Hobby-level videography skills (filming, editing) are a nice-to-have, but not essential

You will be expected to be client-facing, and:

  • Participate in client meetings and workshops
  • Help create and maintain project management tools and documentation (programme charts, take minutes, use AI tools)
  • Contribute to internal team initiatives such as knowledge-sharing

Requirements:

What we do requires a blend of both quantitative skills as well as creative skills, which means that we are looking for people with an eclectic background. This means you might have a background in one of these diverse fields:

  • A degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design, User-Experience Design, Architecture, Interior Design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Interest in the work environment, workplace strategy, organizational culture, and employee experience
  • Attention to detail
