Primary Objectives of your Role:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations
- Employee engagement throughout the lifecycle from sourcing, and onboarding to Exit.
- Source relevant active/passive candidates by using various formal and informal channels.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
- Recruit as per the TAFEP guidelines of Fair recruitment practices.
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
- Coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives.
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
- Account Handling
- HR tasks, like timesheets, leaves and claims management
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Experience with IT recruiting is required.
- Should have Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, campus visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
- Must be CEI Certified.
- Should have experience in managing HR tasks like MOM Applications, Liaising with MOM, Tiemsheets, Leaves, and Claims management
