about the job
- Build and manage processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (e.g., ERP, CRM, e-commerce, omnichannel platforms) into centralized systems.
- Drive efforts to streamline data sources and reduce redundant subscriptions, particularly from omnichannel platforms.
- Implement models to support business functions like sales forecasting, customer segmentation, and pricing optimization.
- Develop secure, scalable infrastructure to accommodate growing data volumes across both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Work with teams to uncover data-driven insights, especially from emerging omnichannel sources.
- Oversee data integrity through profiling and cleansing, including handling third-party and Chinese data labels.
- Improve data pipeline efficiency and query performance to provide timely insights.
- Provide technical assistance to help teams leverage data insights for enhanced business performance.
successful candidate
Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering across cloud and on-premise environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
