Duties
- Generate Inpatient billings.
- Submit MediShield claims via CPF portal.
- Update Oracle Collection module on MediShield payout.
- Submit Medisave claims via CPF portal.
- Update Oracle Collection module on CPF Medisave payout.
- Write to NOK to settle any outstanding amounts not covered by MediShield Life and Medisave.
- Issue receipts for all modes of settlement and deposit cash/cheque.
- Check all visit logs entered by homecare doctors and nurses to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with homecare doctors and nurses for amendments, if any, of visit logs wrongly updated previously.
- Monthly review of homecare subsidies for both new and existing homecare patients to ensure that they are accurately updated in the system by homecare admin.
- Quarterly upload/submission to MOH via ILTC portal for homecare subvention claims.
- Quarterly submission to AIC for claims on consumables and assistive devices for homecare patients.
- Undertake to keep oneself well informed of the updated industry guidelines and develop new skills that are necessary for the job.
Requirements
- Prior experience in accounts receivable is required
- Understanding of patient subsidy scheme is an added advantage
