Our client, a state-owned company within the commodities sector with over S$2 billion in operating revenue, is seeking for a Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional HRBP will be responsible for overseeing the regional HR functions which includes talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits and streamlining HR operations. The Regional HRBP will also participate in networking events to identify potential talent for recruitment purposes.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a reputable organization with the opportunity to establish the regional HR department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 12 years of working experience in HR function with at least 3 years within Metal Trading industry with relevant connections
- Candidates with prior work experience in building up a team will be advantageous
- Fluent Mandarin is required to communicate to Chinese counterparts
