We are looking for a dynamic marketer to drive growth for in customer visits, increasing customer engagement and boosting retention.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deepen customer engagement and support campaigns/programs
- Organise exclusive events to drive footfall, sales and unique customer experiences, managing
end-to-end from planning and execution to post-event analysis. - Work closely with internal and external partners to build new offerings on
- Supporting the sales, marketing and onboarding of eVouchers as well as monetization plans.
- Support EDM marketing calendar and responsible for email contents and performance marketing for other Business-Units, in collaboration with agency.
- Supporting as business partner to BUs and coordinate on their CR EDM needs;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-led marketing initiatives to drive footfall and spend amongst our members.
- Involved in digital engagement with members and front-end updates/testing of various communication
channels such as eDM, SMS, website, in-app, social media and other onsite or digital touchpoints. - Set up campaigns with campaign tools and CRM systems. Prior experience or knowledge on Session M,
Braze and Adobe Experience Manager will be advantageous. - Involved in marketing ops to support campaign management and execution on CRM loyalty program as
well as tenant marketing, tenant onboarding, billing, catalogue inventory and customer service.

- Penetration rate for active members
- Rewards Catalogue redemption rate
- New revenue generation
Requirements
- Degree holder with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in loyalty marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience with CRM marketing campaigns, promotions planning and execution.
- Advanced in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
Good to have:
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools (eg Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI) and customer engagement platforms (eg Braze, Session M) highly desirable.
**Thir role is a 6-months(renewable) contract. Chances of conversion are possible with good performance.
