Responsibilities
- Handle oil trading operations including preparing of documents such as contracts, invoices, LOI, claims supporting documents, etc.
- ETRM, APPROVAl SYSTEM and SAP and Vessel Vetting System operations.
- Liaise with external parties including counterparties, HQ, banks, etc.
- Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Economics/ Logistics.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in related capacity.
- Familiar with cargo and shipping operations.
- Able to work under pressure and independent.
- Self-motivated and a good team player.
