Job Description
- Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site.
- Install new test systems and software upgrades.
- Work on projects such as creating manuals/SOPs etc.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with counterparts in Japan during weekly meetings, training, or troubleshooting.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Willingness to travel frequently overseas on short notice.
- Flexibility to work overtime or on public holidays if necessary.
- A proactive attitude toward acquiring technical knowledge relevant to the role.
- Prior experience in a customer support role.
- Over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Familiarity with lasers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or other similar instruments.
