Main Tasks:
- Programming and managing daily operations for bunker tankers – loading and delivery.
- Proper bunker scheduling with the goal of optimizing time and reducing cost.
- Ensure all sales and purchases are keyed into system data entry and relevant sheets are updated timely.
- Ensuring proper documentation of bunker deliveries and loadings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Traders to ensure all orders are scheduled and executed as instructed.
- Monitor each order is supplied smoothly and keep customers informed on ship activities, personnel, and fleet changes.
- Identify possible diversions from planned schedule and resolving them before problems arise during supply or loading.
- Main contact point for customers and suppliers when problems arise.
- Coordinate with external parties to ensure commercial operations are carried out efficiently.
- Cooperate and communicate with the Finance Department to supply complete and accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proactive and show initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the industry and knowledge of bunkering and marine fuels is an added advantage.
Job Specification:
- Willing to work late shifts to answer phone calls and coordinate bunker operations.
- On call 24 hours
- Flexible and adaptable to ever changing situations.
Education/ Experience:
- Minimum a Diploma in Maritime or other relevant discipline
