The Role:
B2B Business Development Manager role with a Professional Services Firm
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for large deals and partnership opportunities through calls, emails, social activity, events and creative prospecting techniques
- Work closely with other members in the sales team, to ensure accurate information is passed into the CRM.
- Participate in sales forecasting, planning and reporting with senior management
- Representing the firm at industry events & conferences
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Solutions/Tech sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Experience in selling solutions/professional services to the HR community
- Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
