• Location: Suntec
• Working hours: 09:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: Up to $3,000 (depending on experience)
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and update Excel documents for monthly/quarterly/yearly sales, input and calculate each item sales and update Excel document
- Prepare shipping documents
- Communicate with suppliers (overseas) and get information for sales and prepare invoices, packing list etc
- Well communication with customers and ensuring orders are processed promptly, accurately and delivery on time
- Provide timely and effective administrative support to the Sales Team
- Other related duties assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
- Open to non-experience candidates with very good learning attitudes (OJT provided by senior staff)
- Having sales or shipping coordination experience will be a plus
- Proficient in Word, Excel
- Meticulous and responsible
- Team worker
- Flexible and supportive
- Good coordination skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking supplier
- Willing to learn from other members and improve himself/herself
