ROLE: ZSCALER L2/L3 SUPPORT ENGINEER
12 MNTS INITAL CONTRACT
EAST, SG
The Security Engineer with experience in multiple areas of IT Security Engineering will be a member of the Security Infrastructure Solutions Team. The Engineer will be responsible for L2 and L3 Tickets primarily for Zscaler but not exclusively.
Development and operation of ZIA and other IT Security related services
This includes:
- Propose strategies to improve platform performance and stability
- Contribute to the design, implementation and support of team process automation strategies
- Collaborate with service stakeholders to analyse new features
- Implement and maintain improvements and features
- Analyse errors, incidents, troubleshoot user issues and initiate bugfixing actions to resolve them
- Maintain system technical documentation (security parameterisation, architecture description, feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, etc.)
- Participate in the evaluation and procurement of security systems and tools
- Ensure the application of best practices
Requriements:
- At least 5 years of technical customer focused experience is desired
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to interact and coordinate with business users within a financial institution.
- Windows and Linux Administrator skills
- Scripting experience with one or more of the following: Python, Bash/Shell, JavaScript
- Experience working with GIT, REST, Regular Expressions
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
