Job Responsibilities
• Liaise with clients on trade settlements issues
• Follow up and liaise with Trade Control, Client, and Front Office teams in resolving settlement related queries.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of settlement details in payment system.
• Point of contact for clients on payment inquiries.
• Control, monitor and resolve settlements/system breaks status.
• Participate in the team's related projects and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
• Diploma or Degree qualification
• Good organizational skills and understanding of Back office Operations responsibilities and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and is proactive in nature
• A good team player and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Product Suite
• Product knowledge of FICC derivative products and ISDA Definitions preferred.
