HR Assistant at Novena

Location: Novena

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Business Partners with recruitment, exit management, and manpower planning
  • Manage secondments, deployments and documentation
  • Organise HR events and handle course registrations and payments
  • Maintain training statistics and prepare induction kits
  • Perform secretarial duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in the HR field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communicatoin skills
