Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Take the lead in overseeing all aspects of financial accounting operations, management reporting, budgeting, and analysis for the Group.
- Strategic Insights: Deliver valuable insights in management and board meetings by reviewing and presenting consolidated financial statements and budget variance analysis.
- Internal Control: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- External Collaboration: Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring smooth financial audits and compliance with accounting standards.
- Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST returns and review CIT returns prepared by the tax agent.
- Costing & Budgeting: Lead the preparation and analysis of annual budgets, offering recommendations to management for effective financial planning.
- Team Leadership: Supervise both local and overseas accounting teams, ensuring the smooth operation of accounting functions across multiple regions.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and perform any ad-hoc financial tasks as required by the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3 to 5 years of working experience, including experience in manufacturing costing, and supervisory experience / team leadership
