Our client is a reputable Business Managed Services provider in Singapore with a proven track record of providing excellent service to their esteemed clients across public, private, and people sectors. Offering a wide range of services, from finance and payroll to HR and customer care, they specialise in helping businesses transform and streamline their operations. They are seeking a Training & Operations Executive to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Location: Alexandra (Office shifting to Bukit Gombak in Jan 2025)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Logistics matters ranging from scheduling, room booking and security coordination.
- Timely updates to participants on class schedules, venues, and changes to the course dates.
- Support in preparation and dissemination of all necessary course materials (e.g. reports, attendance lists and end-of-survey links).
- Administer and collate end-of-course results.
- Be a point-of contact to trainers, vendors, and participants for the smooth running of courses.
- Updating authority of upcoming courses.
- Prompt invoicing and payment to trainers and vendors.
- Updating of attendance on authority’s platform including proper e-filing of documents for audit purposes, handling of ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related
- Min. 1 year experience as a Course Administrator, fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
- Independent worker and a team player.
