- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working hrs: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm
Job Scope:
- Source candidates using a variety of creative, cost-effective, and diverse methods including direct sourcing, networking, and internet research
- Utilize a wide range of innovative, cost-efficient, and diverse methods such as direct sourcing, networking, and online research to identify and attract top candidates.
- Design and execute proactive outbound recruiting strategies to engage with potential candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Leverage data-driven, analytical sourcing techniques to optimize search results and enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Effectively promote the company’s value proposition to attract high-caliber talent by highlighting key benefits and opportunities.
- Strengthen and promote the company’s employment brand in the broader market to attract prospective candidates.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitor recruitment strategies, providing insights on market trends and adjusting recruitment approaches accordingly.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience engaging and recruiting technical talent in ASEAN
- Experience with a variety of sourcing techniques
- Solid experience with professional social media tools like LinkedIn
- Ability to think like a marketer and create unique and effective marketing campaigns to select talent communities
- Ability to thrive in a team-based, dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to inspire and persuade people with a consultative approach
