- Assist in conducting surveys to collect data on user experiences, preferences, and satisfaction
- Accurately collect and organize survey data.
- Support in analyzing survey results, identifying trends, and summarizing key findings.
- Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure smooth and timely execution of survey tasks.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the survey process, suggesting improvements where needed.
- Ensure data privacy and regulatory requirements are adhered to during the survey process.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in conducting survey
- Basic understanding of survey methodologies and data collection methods.
- Comfortable conducting face-to-face surveys and engaging with a diverse group of individuals.
- Familiarity with data entry and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or any survey tools).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling survey data.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with people and team members professionally.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in 4 days per week (including shifts, weekends and public holidays)
